Jacob Cohen
Graduate Student | Oceanography
I'm a 3rd year Ph.D. student in the School of Oceanography studying air-sea interaction and climate variability with Dr. LuAnne Thompson. My work focuses on quantifying an effective depth of air-sea interaction on monthly and seasonal timescales to understand how ocean dynamics and atmospheric variability influence air-sea heat exchange.
As a member of the PCC Graduate Steering Committee, I organize ACORN and the PCC undergraduate research cohort. I am also a co-chair of the 15th Annual Graduate Climate Conference.
